I got to spend some time at Crystal Mountain, WA over the holidays with my family. The snow was pretty damn good, and was just getting better when I had to leave. Here's a GoPro Hero HD timelapse I did the day before I left of a storm moving in in front of Mount Rainier that left 13" on the ground.
While staring at clouds is cool, I find watching time-lapsed clouds to be a bit more interesting, and an extremely relaxing way to lapse my own time. In person, you generally don't see the clouds bubbling, updrafts, downdrafts, appearing, or disappearing, while all these things become visible in time lapses.
